The Institute of Applied Psychology held a workshop on Factor Analysis on 13th January 2025, conducted by Mr. Usman Ahmad Zaheer a PhD scholar and renowned researcher. The workshop provided an in-depth exploration of applications and types of Factor Analysis. Participants gained valuable insights into the practical applications of Factor Analysis in psychological research, focusing on its use in identifying dimensions of constructs, developing psychometric tools, and refining research models. The session also included hands-on exercises and demonstrations, ensuring an interactive and comprehensive learning experience.
